HANDS DESTROYER WORKOUT
Based on the
2021-04-22 workout. Again, it was more challenging than I expected.
After the last series monkey, a skin injury (blister) happened on my left hand (see photo). I could do triceps dips, but no hang.

no hang (blister), did 30 squats instead
