22 laps (5 slow, 17 FS)

I was quite sore from yesterday's training, but I still wanted to stay active before tomorrow's football match. I arrived late, so I knew completing the scheduled 27 laps would not be possible. Instead, I aimed for at least 20 and ended up doing 22.

Note

The pool was completely packed, with two people in every lane except the very first one. That was my only option. The guy in the lane did not mind me joining, and after a while, he finished his swim. This gave me the lane to myself, though only for about two minutes before someone else joined me, haha:)
