Back in the EOS Fitness (last time 2024-07-23)

Martin is after surgery but wanted to start with exercises. So we went to the gym and did the stairs for warmup. Then, I worked out and talked with him in between the exercises. I had a list of 10 topics to discuss, so we had precisely one topic per workout break:) Ultimately I went to super-hot SPA, which was my goal since beginning.
