Back in the Anytime Fitness

My batch was not working anymore, so I got a new subscription for exactly one month starting today

I came to the gym wearing jeans shorts, but I decided to work out in those since I was there already

Note

Repeated workout from 2024-02-17, but only hands
(including bike warmup 5mim, planks and hang 1min)

Then I felt it is not enough exercises so I did few additional pull-up series
