A lot of pull-ups and hangs after. Tried chin-ups too, but no good
I felt my abdominal hernia during those pull-ups. Luckily I will have a surgery day after
tomorrow

With Martin. We did pool maintenance and breakfast at Jack earlier in the morning.
There was a 20+ person group of "workout" people standing near the pull-up bars. However, they were not working out; they were just talking and presenting themselves to each other. I came there and confidently asked if I could work out. They said they had only 5 minutes left but still moved away. So I started with my workout, but after 15 minutes, they were still there and talking. I went back to Martin to cool down in the pool.
