I did not want to go run in this hot weather, but I did not go hiking today, so this was my substitution plan.

Also testing new running reflective vest and ultra-thin Reebok socks

Note

Not the record, but still a good run, considering:
- the temperature outside 38 C
- tired after 1.5 months of non-stop workout
- hard legs after bike record two days ago
- Achilles tendonitis
