Normally warm-up would not qualify as a separate workout, but I spent some significant time there and I also come again after the game.

We started hard and fast and in the first minute, I got the chance, which I missed. But a minute later I scored our first goal after a nice Grey pass. Then I scored another one and also the third one and half-time was 3:2 (or something like that). My legs were light and my warmup and pre-workout at Anytime Fitness really helped.
The second half was not as good, we got goals and we were losing 3:4. But then I passed Ryan on goal, also Alex passed him on his second goal and then I scored my another goal (which was more like an own goal) and we were winning again 6:4. At this point I thought this is going to be a winning game, but they managed it to 6:6 tie.
The end was hectic and nervous and Johnny scored our winning goal after the corner kick. I was on the bench at that time. It was refreshing to see that my co-players can work hard and actually win the game!
